The Following are HairSisters.coms ( HairSisters, We, Our, Us) Standard Policies Applicable only to products purchased by you directly from Hairsisters.com website.

These terms and conditions, together with a Hairsisters.com invoice regarding the products purchased by the customer, are complete and exclusive agreement between Hairsisters.com and the customer.  They will supersede all prior or contemporaneous proposals, oral , written understanding , representations, conditions, warranties and all other communications between customers and Hairsisters.com relating to subjected products.

This Agreement may not be explained or supplemented by any prior course of dealings or trade by custom or usage.

 

Standard Purchase Agreement

By Purchasing any product from Hairsisters.com, You (Customer) agree to the terms and conditions listed below. You and Hairsisters.com agree that the following terms and conditions are exclusive terms governing the sales transactions between customers and HairSisters.com.

Orders are not binding by Hairsisters.com, until the order has been accepted. HairSisters.com  must receive a valid payment before an order is accepted.

Any customer that Attempts to alter, Modify, Supplement, or amend these terms and conditions, Will be considered a material alteration of this agreement and, therefore, are null and void.

It's at this time we'd like to notify you that our  terms and conditions are subject to change at any time without prior written notice. We'd like to suggest that you check the terms and conditions carefully each time you place an order or accept delivery of any goods purchased from HairSisters.com

The following will be some important information we'd like to share with you in regards to purchasing with HairSisters.com

                -ORDERING: All orders being placed with Hairsisters.com will be placed using the online method. Currently at this moment Hairsisters.com is not accepting phone / mail orders.

                - SAME DAY SHIPPING: Same day shipping Promotion applies to all items listed on HairSisters.com as SAME DAY SHIPPING, will ship out the same business days if the order contains all items labeled as such before the 3PM CST cut off time M-F (Weekends and holidays are excluded). If your order does not qualify for Same day shipping the order will take normal processing time before shipment.  Hairsisters.Com Does not guarantee same Day shipping orders

                - PROCESSING: All order have a processing time of 24 -72 business hours from the time of order placement. Orders labeled as Same Day Shipping placed with all stipulations will ship the same day. Orders placed that are not Same day shipping  takes three full business days( 72 hours)  to process before shipping.  Holidays and Weekends are excluded.

                -ORDER STATUS: hairsisters.com will keep you informed of your order status via email. all Tracking information will be emailed to your hairsisters.com Customer ID.  Once your order has been shipped we'll email you the Tracking number for your records.  Exception for APO/ FPO and international customers who'll sometimes receive their tracking numbers when the package makes it to the shipping destination.   You can also obtain your order status by logging into your hairsisters.com account  and clicking order status.

                -BACK ORDERS: Occasional inventory discrepancies may occur. In that instance we will cancel the back ordered items from your order as soon as we're notified  by the manufacturer  that the item(s) are not available. All refunds are processed back to the original payment method along with any applicable taxes , shipping and or fees.

  *NOTE: Shipping will only be refunded in the event the full order was cancelled due to back ordered items.

 

                -CANCELLING: You may request for an order to be cancelled provided the order has not been shipped and the time of the request.  Simply give Customer Care a call at 866-424-7747 or email Sales@hairsisters.com during business hours to make your request.  Once cancelled all funds will be returned via the original form of payment.

                - ALTERING AN ORDER: You may request to remove an item(s) from your processing order or change the shipping information before your order ships.  Simply give Customer Care a call at 866-424-7747 or email Sales@hairsisters.com during business hours to make your request.  Once altered and applicable funds will be returned via the original form of payment.

                -PROMO CODES / COUPONS: HairSisters.com will occasionally furnish a code that can be used for promotions on out site. These code will be supplied to you upon availability via email and can also be located on HairSisters.com. Promotional code have to be entered during the check out process. These can sometimes included Free or discounted shipping, free gifts , item discounts etc.  the provisions for the promo code will be listed on the code itself. It'll include the terms and condition for the coupon code and expiration date and any other stipulations that may apply.  Please note that promo codes are not redeemable for cash value and order total must be more than code/ discount  offer to be applied.

                - MEMBER REWARD POINTS: With every qualifying order Hairsisters.com customers accumulate  1%  in points back to their HairSisters.com account. Currently reward points will not expire unless the program terminates.  Please note that reward point  are not redeemable for cash value

 

                                -Bulk orders and orders using points are excluded form program

                                -Rewards cannot be transferred to other HairSisters.com members.

                                -Points will be  subject forfeiture for Orders returned that used points. 

                                -If customer cancels his/her hairsisters.com account all point a accumulated will                               

                                immediately be forfeited

 

HairSisters.com reserves the right to and/ change / remove or modify, apply caps  to the Membership rewards Program terms and conditions at any time without any prior written notice. In Addition HairSisters.com reserved the right to terminate the Rewards program three months prior notice. After such indicated time all unused points will no longer be available.

Standard return policy

Items* covered by our standard return policy (those products in which Hairsisters states the items may be returned for either a refund or store credit)  Must be returned to HairSisters  within 21 calendar days for US continental customers or respectively 30 calendar days  for international and Military instillation customer from the date of delivery  for this policy to apply.  RETURN constitutes as receipt of the products by Hairsisters Returns department and not the mere issuance of an RMA number.

                -Hair, weaving, wigs , braiding, etc.

Products that are returned to us and are not eligible for return will be sent back to you at your expense. examples  of said condition follows:

                -Products not purchased from HairSisters.com

                -Products that are returned without original packaging , accessories, etc.

                -Products that exhibits physical damage, Cut , Altered, Dyed, Processed, Etc

                -Products returned after the allotted return period

                -Products used or worn

                -Products returned incomplete, missing part, pieces

                -Products that are  sold and labeled as Clearance  or Final sale

                -Products that are sold and labeled  as Buy One Get one Free

 

Customer agrees to and are responsible for return shipping fees and the insurance of delivery back to HairSisters.com.  Customer agrees that all items returned will be in 100% complete in re-saleable condition.

 If any product returned to Hairsisters.com in unsatisfactory condition the return procedure will then be considered breached  and Hairsisters.com  may at its sole and absolute discretion reject the entire return or choose to impose restocking fees  not more than 30% of the item(s) total for replacement  of missing and or altered components.  Restocking fees Also applied for any Refused  or returned to sender parcels

 

Hairsisters.com will not refund the original shipping charges for returned  orders.

Once an RMA request  is submitted for a return. the RMA Form  will be emailed to the customer.  Included in the RMA form  will be  detailed information restocking fee percentages as it pertains to the level  of condition the product was returned in.

 

                - DEFECTIVE / WRONG  ITEMS: In the event the customer receives a defective or wrong  item from Hairsisiters.com the customer  has Five (5) calendar days from the day of delivery to contact Hairsisiters.com customer care  via email and provide pictures of the items defect. Per photo inspection the appropriate steps will be made.  If you fail to notify Customer care of the defect or provide the photos within the allotted five (5)  calendar days this offer becomes null and void.

  In the event we conclude you have in fact received the a wrong  or defective item we'll send you a pre-paid FedEx label to return the items(US Only).International customers we ask the you return the item at your lowest shipping cost via USPS and place the receipt inside the returned parcel and we'll reimburse you for postage. 

Once received we'll either Per your request ship the correct product or issue you a refund or store credit.

 

Standard Payment Agreement

All currency for orders placed on HairSisters.com is valued in United States Dollars (USD). If an International customer places an order the funds will convert to USD.

                -Current Acceptable forms of payments are Amazon payments and PayPal. There you can submit your order using Visa, MasterCard , Discover and                           American Express cards.

                -Payments are to be accepted at the time or order placement to guarantee you have a valid order.

                -HairSisters.com Does not accept payments for orders Via Money order, Wire Transfers, personal Checks, or C.O.D.

                -Sales Tax will apply to all customers who live or have their parcels delivered in the state of Illinois As required by Law.

-SHIPPING MEHODS: Currently Hairsisters.com use the services of FedEx and USPS exclusively for shipping. Please not shipping methods and transit times only take effect after the order has been fully processes and marked as shipped by the carrier.   Listed in the shipping cart you'll have select options such as the  following for your timely delivery within the contiguous US. International packages delivery dates  unfortunately  are not guaranteed.

                -FedEx Ground shipping  For delivery within 4-5 business days

                -FedEx Express Saver For delivery within 3 business days

                -FedEx Express 2Day  For delivery within 2 business days

                -FedEx Express overnight  For delivery within 1 business day

-FREE SHIPPING: HairSisters.com offers free shipping for all hair orders subtotal $79.00 and over for orders shipped within the contiguous U.S. Unfortunately this promotion excludes International , overseas, Hawaii, Alaska, US Territories and Military installations.

-SHIPPING CHARGES: The total cost for purchase or any product will include the shipping charges shown on your HairSisters.com invoice. Original shipping fees are non- refundable in the case of returned products. These fees are for paid services for delivery provided by the carrier, and will not be refunded if your items are returned for a refund back to HairSisters.com

-DUTIES & TAXES: International Customers (Outside Of US And Military Installation Customers) Need To Pay Duty Tax Or/And Customs Fee. This Amount Is Calculated in Proportion To Your Order Amount.  These charges are in no way affiliated with HairSisters.com and are the sole  responsibility of the recipient. HairSisters.com  cannot waive  or pay for any duties or fees you may acquire. For More Information About Duty Tax Or Customs Fee Contact Your Customs Office.

-CROSS SHIP:  Under certain circumstances HairSisters.com may occasionally cross ship orders. In the event this happens HairSisters.com will notify you of said changes.  Under No Circumstance Will Hairsisters.Com Cross-Ship Merchandise Beyond 21 Calendar Days For US Continental Customers And 30 Calendar Days For International And Military Installation Customers From The Original Invoice Date

-LOST PACKAGES:  In the event you encounter a lost package, The customer must contact the shipping currier ( USPS or FedEx) Trace department to open a missing package claim.  The investigation can take anywhere between 1-30 days before  a result has been reached. For you to received a refund from HairSisters.com your claim would have to be closed out as lost by the shipping company with the proper paperwork supplied.

 

Price Match Policy

We’ll match the price if you buy a qualifying item at Hairsisters then find the identical item for less from selected online competitors. Price matches may be requested within 7 days after purchase. It will take us 2-3 business days to respond.

 -Once your request has been confirmed, price difference will be returned in the form of a store credit.

 -The item must be the identical item, brand name, size, weight, color, quantity and model number. It must be in stock at the time of Price Match for approved online competitors.

Customer Agrees Not To Record Any Call With Hairsisters.com Unless Customer Has Provided Clear And Conspicuous Notice To Hairsisters.com And Has Received Prior Written Consent From Hairsisters.com.

- SEVERABLITY: If Any Provision Contained In This Agreement Is Or Becomes Invalid, Illegal, Or Unenforceable In Whole Or In Part, Such Invalidity, Illegality, Or Unenforceability Shall Not Affect The Remaining Provisions And Portions Of This Agreement, And The Invalid, Illegal, Or Unenforceable Provision Shall Be Deemed Modified So As To Have The Most Similar Result That Is Valid And Enforceable Under Applicable Illinois Law.

-JUSRIDITION: Any Dispute Arising Out Of Or Related To These Terms And Conditions Or The Sales Transaction Between Hairsisters.Com And Customer Shall Be Governed By The Laws Of The State Of Illinois, Without Regard To Its Conflicts Of Law Rules. Specifically, The Validity, Interpretation, And Performance Of This Agreement Shall Not Be Governed By The United Nations Convention On The International Sale Of Goods. Hairsisters.Com And Customer Consent To The Exclusive Jurisdiction And The Exclusive Venue Of The State Courts Of The State Of Illinois, Cook County, To Resolve Any Dispute Between Them Related Hereto, And The Parities Waive All Rights To Contest This Exclusive Jurisdiction And Venue Of Such Courts. Finally, The Customer Also Agrees Not To Bring Any Legal Action, Based Upon Any Legal Theory Including Contract, Tort, Equity Or Otherwise, Against Hairsisters.Com That Is More Than One Year After The Date Of The Applicable Invoice.

-WAIVER: The Failure Of Either Party To Require Performance By The Other Party Of Any Provision Of This Agreement Shall Not Affect In Any Way The First Party's Right To Require Such Performance At Any Time Thereafter. Any Waiver By Either Party Of A Breach Of Any Provision In This Agreement Shall Not Be Taken Or Held By The Other Party To Be A Continuing Waiver Of That Provision Unless Such Waiver Is Made In Writing.

-ENTIRE AGREEMENT: These Terms And Conditions, Together With Hairsisters.com Invoice Regarding The Products Ordered By Customer, Are The Complete And Exclusive Agreement Between Hairsisters.Com And Customer, And They Supersede All Prior Or Contemporaneous Proposals, Oral Or Written, Understandings, Representations, Conditions, Warranties, And All Other Communications Between Hairsisters.Com And Customer Relating To The Subject Products. This Agreement May Not Be Explained Or Supplemented By Any Prior Course Of Dealings Or Trade By Custom Or Usage.

-RIGHTS: HairSisters.com Reserves The Right To Charge Customer(S) As Needed To Cover The Full Amount That Is Due For Any Past Due Amounts Or Any Monies That Are Owed To HairSisters.com.
