With the changing national health situation and local mandates, we wanted to update our customers regarding our current status and operational adjustments to best serve our customers in this unprecedented time of crisis.
- EpicCosplay remains open for orders and will be shipping through facilities not impacted by shutdown.
- Processing time remains the same and we will provide the same level of excellent customer support you can rely on.
- First class and priority order shipping options remain the same. We will be unable to offer domestic overnight services at this time.
- Our staff will be working from home and unable to answer phone calls. Emailing us at email@example.com is the best way to get ahold of us. We will be setting up call forwarding and live chat options in the coming days. Please don’t hesitate to reach out if you have any questions or concerns.

In addition to taking care of our customers, Epic Cosplay is exploring every opportunity to assist our team and the community around us. All our net proceeds will go to a fund that will support impacted employees with their obligations.
We are also sourcing face masks that we will be donating to local hospitals.
