Hairwigharlem.com processing time is counted in business days(Monday-Friday,excluding national holidays) received before 2 PM EST. We typically process and ship 90% of our orders the sameday before 2 PM Est; however,
some items must be ordered from our vender and this processing time may be 2-3 Business days. Please note that 'Sameday' Shipping only signifies the order will be shipped the same day. We do not have any shipping carrier
who offer sameday delivery.
Shipping & Delivery
FedEx Ground Service does not deliver P.O address. The United States Postal Service & FedEx Smart Post ship for all Military Orders and P.O. Box shipping addresses.
Additional Shipping and Handling Charges
For any shipments returned to us due to a bad address, refusal upon delivery, or cancellation, there will be an additional shipping and handling charge of 25% of your order total (50% on international orders). Shipping and handling charges are non refundable.
We accept orders from an array of International Countries. For a complete list of availability, please see "List of Available Countries." However, many exceptions/additions to our ‘Company Policy’ may apply to International Orders. Please see below :(This policy is effective from 07/27/2012). All items purchased from HairWigHarlem.com are made pursuant to a shipment contract with our carriers. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery of your order to the carrier.
International Customer can only use PayPal or Wire Transfer (Customers in Canada can use a Credit/Debit Card) as a method of payment for any order placed with HairWigHarlem.com.
All international customers are responsible for and must pay any Duties/Customs Fees and Taxes.
Free Shipping promotions DO NOT APPLY to International Orders. All item(s) are FINAL SALE. HairWigHarlem.com will not accept any item(s) for Exchange/Return from any International customer unless the customer pays for the shipping both ways. (Please See: Return Policy & Agreement)
Refused Package, Return to Sender or Undeliverable Due to AddressDo not refuse or return to sender a shipment without notifying Hairwigharlem.com. We find it necessary to charge a restocking fee or 50% on the returned merchandise, whichever is higher on all Refused Package, Return to Sender or Undeliverable Due to Address. Actual shipping costs will also be charged on all free shipping orders. Clients are responsible for actual shipping costs in both directions in the case of a requested refund. If you wish to have your order reshipped, there will be an additional payment needed for the cost of shipping. Unwilling or unable to pay for shipping, package will be treated as a regular return. A 50% restocking fee will be applied and shipping cost are not refundable. All Refused Package, Return to Sender or Undeliverable Due to Address may take up to 30 to 90 days to return depending on the shipping carrier you chose. Hairwigharlem.com will not refund any returning packages in transit until the Returns Department has your package.
Any packages that are returned back to the sender or the delivery of a package is refused, customers payment WILL BE refunded with the cost of the returned package charge DEDUCTED from the original payment. (Please See: Delivery Refused/Returned to Sender Package)
Most carriers usually make two (2) attempts to deliver, please make sure to respond to any notices left by carrier and track packages for the status to avoid any inconveniences of having your package returned.

Changes to Orders Please Note:
Upon approval some changes may be able to be made within 24 hours/ 1 business day (if order was made on the weekend or holiday) of placing the order. If the order was modified after 24 hours (1 business day) your order will be subjected to delays. After 24 hours (1 business day) if the order contains items that are not labeled as same-day shipping and same-day shipping items and if the customer request to remove the non-labeled as same-day shipping items the order will be shipped the following business day and will not be shipped the same day.
Changing Shipping Address & Method
You may request to change your shipping address or shipping method once you submit your order. We cannot guarantee that changes can be made, so please be sure to review your order before placing it. HairWigHarlem.com will not be responsible if you enter an incorrect shipping address and your package is shipped to another person/address and cannot be recovered.

HairWigHarlem.com reserves the right to cancel all orders that a “Final Notice” has been made to and no response was received from the customer by deadline given.
If there has been no response from the Customer after the “Final Notice” has been made: The order will be automatically canceled. OR
The not available item(s) will be removed (i.e. wig cap, brush, comb, glue, needle etc.) and the order will be shipped and shipping will be charged (if applicable). Customers will only receive Store Credit for any differences owed after adjustments are made.

Shipping Confirmation Emails
Our systems will send you an automated shipment confirmation email when we have finished processing your order and our transportation partner has picked it up for delivery, at which point the shipment method timeframe you have selected will commence. Please note that our transportation partners do not process orders on the weekend. Therefore, if you place an order after the cutoff time on Friday, you may experience a delay between your shipping confirmation e-mail and the actual shipment of your order.
Eligibility of Free Shipping
Eligibility for free shipping varies on quantity, weight and some promotions. The amount that qualifies for free shipping will appear within the front of our website. For example, although we offer free shipping in the amount of $79, the amount will varies according to certain promotions. Free shipping offer is limited to FedEx Smart Post & USPS.
Free shipping offer are for US Mainland customers only and are not valid in Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico, other US territories, and International/ Overseas. Free shipping is determined by the merchandise total after discounts are applied. Certain items are ineligible for Free Shipping. The minimum purchase required for Free Shipping, and free shipping doesn't apply to gift certificates, bulk orders, orders over 20 pounds, applicable shipping charges or sales tax. Also Free shipping doesn't apply to backorder, heavy or oversize items, and exchanges. If you have one or more ineligible items in your cart, you will be asked to remove the item(s) if you wish to qualify for free shipping.
If you have purchased over $79 worth of products and some items are out of stock before packaged and delivered, which makes the total less than $79, you will be contacted by the customer service team for the permission to continue with the order and to let you know that you will be charged for shipping (the amount varies on quantity and weight).
Same Day Shipping Items
Same Day Shipping applies to orders placed before 2PM Eastern Standard Time on a business day. If the order is placed on Saturday, Sunday or on a holidays, the order will be scheduled to ship the following business day.
All items in an order must be labeled as sameday shipping for the order to be qulified to ship on the same day. We do not partial ship order: if the order contains items that are not labeled as sameday shipping, the entire order may take 2-4 business days before shipping out.
Risk of Loss
All items purchased from HairWigHarlem.com are made pursuant to a shipment contract with our carriers. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery of your order to the carrier. Please note that we can only begin to investigate lost orders shipped via standard shipping once 5 business days have passed since the date of shipment.
Hairwigharlem.com is in no way responsible for any shipment that is not delivered upon submitting your order to your shipping carrier.
All claims are subjected to the terms and conditions set by the shipping carriers. All items purchased from Hairwigharlem.com are made pursuant to a shipment contract with our carriers. This means that the risk of loss passes on to you upon our delivery of your order to the carrier.
Although Hairwigharlem.com is not responsible for any lost shipment we will assist the customer with a lost shipment claim. Hairwigharlem.com can only begin to investigate lost orders shipped via standard shipping once 5 business days have passed from "delivery date” and the lost shipment form is completed. If your package or shipment is lost, please first contact your shipping carrier. Call or go visit your shipping carrier and provide them with the tracking number of the order. Let them know about the missing mail package and the package details and description so they can look within their establishment. Please continue to check back with the shipping carrier in case the package shows up.
Once a claim has been approved, the payment will be processed. The shipping carriers will pay the lesser of purchase or replacement costs, up to the declared value. In rare occasions, claim checks are mailed to the shipper's billing address on file three to four weeks after the shipping carriers receives the required documentation. In the event the claim is not approved for payment, the shipping carriers will contact the shipper.
All customers with orders over $100.00 that claim their order stolen after tracking information states it was delivered must file a police report and fax over the report so we may proceed to provide the customer with a replacement of the order or store credit for the items purchased. Packages that are stolen after claim of delivery is a federal offense and must be handle as such.
If you are agree to these terms and hereby forfeit any right to dispute any shipment that has been delayed, lost, stolen, or non-deliverable due to Weather Condition or has been miss-delivered by the shipping carrier unless the fault is of Hairwigharlem. Hairwigharlem.com is in no way responsible for any item missing due to carelessness of the package by the shipping carrier. Upon receiving your shipment if the merchandise is missing, please keep the original shipping carton or bag and contact us immediately so we can issue a missing item claim with the carrier. Please don't return the merchandise without going through these steps, as it may delay the replacement of the order or credit from the carrier. All missing items claims must be reported within five business days of delivery. Please fill out the missing item form(Download) and contact us to report the missing item from your shipment.
Please be aware all shipping contents are thoroughly inspected to minimize fraud before shipping out a package. This includes but not limited to items counted, digitally photo graphed contents, weight of the package, as well as all items are scanned using the latest in scanning technology.
All customers with orders over $100.00 that claim their item(s) were stolen after tracking information states it was delivered must file a police report and fax over the report so we may proceed to provide the customer with a refund for the items purchased. All packages that are tampered with after claim of delivery is a federal offense and must be handle as such.
Store Credit can only be used at any time online at Hairwigharlem.com. To obtain your balance of Store Credit is listed on the My Account Page in the My Credit section. Please note that in most cases, the balance is adjusted immediately when you make a purchase or once an item has been returned to the warehouse, but there may be occasions when the updated balance is delayed for a short period of time. Existing store credit will not expire. These Terms and Conditions are subject to change without notice. If you do not wish to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement, do not purchase, request, or authorize another person to use it. Partial use of store credit is not permitted; your store credit must be used in its entirety. By electing to receive Store Credit, you are certifying and representing to Hairwigharlem.com that the activities in connection with which the Store Credit will be used will comply with these Terms and Conditions and all applicable laws, rules and regulations, including the Terms and Conditions that govern the website.
Store Credit W/ bonus
Store Credit W/ bonus can only be used online at our website Hairwigharlem.com. NON- REGISTERED MEMBERS DO NOT QUALIFY FOR STORE CREDIT BONUSES. You may be asked to register at Hairwigharlem.com if a non-registered member requests a store credit.
Store Credit Bonuses does not expire and we do not assess any service fees for non-use. You may use your new Store Credit Bonus amount at any time. NO REFUNDS AFTER STORE CREDIT BONUS IS APPLIED! By choosing the 10% Store Credit Bonus, the amount of your requested store credit will be increased by 10% including tax and discounts. (Ex. $100.00 Store Credit +10% Store Credit Bonus = $110.00 in Store Credit).
Store Credit Bonuses cannot be redeemed for cash nor transferred to another account. Hairwigharlem.com reserves the right to deduct or cancel any accounts that misuse the system by creating multiple accounts, reselling hair or other inappropriate activities. Purchase amounts that exceed the value of the Store Credit will require an additional method of payment for the balance due. Selecting your choice of Store Credit Bonus constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
If a customer was given a gift of the $5.00 Store Credit gift it can only be used online at our website Hairwigharlem.com. Non- registered members do not qualify for the $5.00 Store Credit gift. No expiration date and no fees. If your order was modified or cancelled the $5.00 Store Credit gift will be added back to your Hairwigharlem.com account. $5.00 Store Credit is a gift from Hairwigharlem.com and is not redeemable for cash therefore it will not be refunded in cash.
For all Special Orders processing time may take up to 2 to 4 business day to obtain the item. Items marked out of stock SAME DAY SHIPPING are no longer same day shipping items. Discontinued items will not be available to purchase. For orders that are out of stock with the vendors, an email will be sent to your e-mail address. You can choose to wait for 14 days or cancel your order for refund. If item is not available within 14 days of first order date we will refund back order item less discount you received. Refunds will be processed back to original Pay Pal or credit/ debit card that was used for the item, along with any applicable tax fees and shipping charges. Color Charts and Suggestions
Color Charts can display differently from monitor screen to monitor screen. Color Charts are provided as a guide of what a color will look like, but can be different from manufacturer to manufacturer.
We cannot be held responsible if the color of an item received does not specifically match the color expected by a customer. This policy also applies to color suggestions made by Customer Service representatives.
Inventory Discrepancies/ Back Orders
Occasional inventory discrepancies may occur due to out of stock items/color, discontinued items/color, and or inaccurate inventory counts. The customer has the privilege to contact customer service and cancel, modify, and or remove the missing item(s) from their orders if desired.
In that instance, you can choose to wait for 14 days or cancel your order for refund. If item is not available within 14 days of first order date we will refund back order item less discount you received. Return Policy & Agreement
General Return Policy
For all returns, please download RMA Form*. fill everything out, and send returning item(s) with all documents and a copy of receipt. (If the RMA Form is incomplete, we may not process return process.)
Email at email@example.com for returns. If it is sent to other email address (Info, order or etc…), we are unable to reply and assist you.
Returning item(s) should be postmarked by the 14 calendar days of the date when you received the order.
For instance, if you received your package on January 02, 2015, the returning item should be postmarked by January 16, 2015.
If you send item(s) after 14 calendar days, we WILL NOT process return and we may refuse the package to you. We are also not responsible for ineligible or late return item(s).
If a customer is experiencing dissatisfaction with product quality past the 14 day time limit or after the item has been worn or used, we suggest that the customer contacts the manufacturer of the product. Any problem that occurs after the 14 day time limit or after the product has been installed is a sign of quality dissatisfaction and since Hairwigharlem.com is not the maker of the product, NO REFUND WILL BE ISSUED, the customer will have to contact the brand label.
Products not eligible for returns will be sent back to you at your expense, or will be processed as a Store Credit.
